I brought my Psychology class here to cap the end of the year. We had an amazing time!!! From the start, they worked with our odd schedule. Once we got there, we were treated so well by the owner. The rooms were fantastic and challenging, and the technology was so cool that my students raved about it the whole bus ride home. The game-masters were fantastic and made it so fun to compete in the rooms. We had a two hour drive just to get there, but it was completely worth it. Thank you for an awesome experience!!

Best escape room we have ever visited. The décor and atmosphere were top notch. TOP NOTCH. Our narrator Simone was more than we could have asked for. She made sure the flow of the game was fun, she not only gave us clues for coins but she would mention small bits for us to review to make sure we had the right answers. We’ll be back to do the other two rooms and I can’t wait to introduce these rooms to our friends.

The Raven’s Quest room was super well done, all the props were incredibly detailed and it is honestly one of the coolest escape rooms I have done so far. 10/10 would recommend. I cannot wait to check out the other rooms you all have!

Our Team was in Ft. Collins for a Team Strategy Retreat . We decided to do an escape room for a team activity. We did the Kingdom of the Dragon with a group of 8 friends. It was amazing. The props are interactive, it’s challenging enough to feel rewarding when you solve a puzzle, and it was fun! There’s magic, mystery and secret doorways. I recommend this to everyone!

We booked all three rooms for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was the best birthday ever! They were very helpful in working with us to coordinate such a large group. These rooms are hands-down the best in town. We’ve now done all three rooms at Fort Collins Escape Room and are always blown away at the attention to detail and fun twists and turns they’ve included. We had a great time in the Time Machine escape room. The puzzles were challenging but manageable with the clues given. As soon as we walked in the door, we knew the theming and attention to detail would be fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure we enjoyed our visit. Mission to Planet X is yet another high quality, engaging, thought provoking game from the Fort Collins Escape Room mind (maybe better than Escape the Machine). This game definitely needs a group of 4+ to play! As seasoned gamers, we were still challenged by this game (in a good way) and strongly recommend you try this one (but maybe not if it’s your first escape room).Chris and the wonderful staff at FCER make this more than an escape room – this is an interactive, theatrical experience second to none. The only thing we want changed is for them to have more space so they can have more than 2 games built at a time. Loved it!

Came here with visiting family members and could not have had a better time. The owner and staff were so welcoming and friendly and sat down and chatted with us afterwords! The craftsmanship that goes into these rooms is amazing and they are actually challenging and make you think instead of being puzzle games with fake clues and such. HIGHLY recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

The escape room will without a doubt be the highlight of my dads trip to Colorado. Though we didn’t have any other teammates (it was just the three of us) the clues were helpful enough to get us out with seconds to spare. We absolutely loved our experience here, from the video beforehand, to the clues and the pictures after we have been made fans of Fort Collins Escape Room and will definitely be back!

Took the family and had a great time! We called ahead to be sure we could bring out 7 and 10 year old. The owner was extremely friendly and highly accommodating. We ended up with a private room and we did bring our 7 and 10 year olds. They had a great time and although they were able to contribute, they were also in the way a bit. Since time is of the essence we would let them try different puzzles but would have to take over which took longer.
This was our first escape room experience and we are hooked! I cannot wait to try the new alien theme opening soon.
Also note the puzzle masters were AWESOME! I actually thought the escape room was a little pricey, but we ended up tipping what we could because they are so friendly and helpful. What a well ran company that cares about it’s patrons!

I escaped from The Fort Collins Escape Room with my coworkers as part of an office retreat. It was a wonderful experience that was thrilling and challenging. Even though we were a party of seven, we were all engaged in the mystery and completely enthralled by the story and atmosphere.
Our Puzzle Master was Jameson who did a fantastic job of walking the line between helping us and messing with us. He played his part well and was a joy to work with.
10/10 would do again. I have a strong feeling we will be back when the Space Mission Escape Room is complete.

My kids and I had a magical time at the Fort Collins Escape Room – the experience was other-worldly imaginative and creative, we felt like we were inside of a great movie as the lead characters. Jamison and his friend (sorry I can’t remember your name!) were two of the nicest people working in customer service I’ve ever encountered, I would hope that this business would become super successful and have the ability to expand their footprint as large as their dreams can take it.

This escape room adventure was a lot of fun! It was full of surprises and interesting challenges and the decor and props were top notch and totally realistic!
I also appreciated the two men who worked the front desk and were our “game masters”.
They were enthusiastic and helpful and a great part of the whole experience.
It was my first escape room and I’ll definitely do more because of this!

The clues were tricky, but not so much so as to be frustrating, and the steampunk atmosphere was amazing. The rooms were each one more fun than the last, and the backstory was original. I can’t wait to see what they roll out in the future, and when they have a new room, I’ll be back!

Our experience was great from start to finish! Booking was easy and when I had a question I called and spoke to the owner. He was great to work with. I like how informative the website was, it made it look so fun and exciting I was hooked right away. Our son and his friends had a great time in the room. They came out excited and they all want to do it again! The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere in the room and lobby was fantastic. You can tell a lot of thought went into every item to make you really feel the steampunk vibe. It was a wonderful experience and we are so glad we went to Escape the Room. Thanks!

Alright so first off it was an amazingly done room with different things to figure out and find. The backstory had some real depth to it and also it had humor. The people there are always trying to make a connection with their customers by making jokes with every one. Anyways I definitely recommend this escape room. As a final clue to help you out, communicate well with both your friends and to your friendly strangers. It really helps. 5 stars!!!

This escape room is like none we had ever experienced. Every area of it was first rate.
Our guide was funny and helpful. The room was challenging yet fair. From first step in the door till when we left,

“Putting your mind to work in a steam punk world“

My martial arts school owner took his staff to the Fort Collins Escape Room as our Holiday party. Of the nine of us, only one has had any experience with escape rooms. The owner of Fort Collins Escape Room met us when we arrived. He was very personable and told us many interesting things about escape rooms in general and this one in particular. It was clear to us that he had put a lot into it, from scouting for furniture to building one-of-a-kind contraptions to making sure the experience is varied and engaging. Just before the clock started, we were given hats of various sorts, rules, and instructions that didn’t make complete sense at that moment but proved useful when we were in the escape room. Actually, there are several connecting rooms, each furnished with great attention to details, many of which are merely whimsical, others for authentic period ambiance, and yet others, as clues. Red herrings were plentiful as well. Our team escaped within an hour; 46 minutes 14 seconds, to be exact. We agreed that the degree of difficulty struck the right balance or being challenging and doable. The entire experience was fun and everyone of us was able to contribute at least one idea to help us solve the puzzle. When the evening started, there was one escape room fan. When it ended, there were eight more. Hurry up and set up another adventure!

  Our office staff went to the Ft Collins Escape Room and had a magnificent time! We were all first timers and had no idea what to expect. We got our briefing and jumped in to start the adventure. The clues and props were top notch. There was an amazing amount of creativity that went into setting this up and it’s so fun and challenging. You can ask for clues when you get stumped, and they are helpful, but ultimately you can feel the pride of figuring out the puzzles on your own.This is  must do’ if you enjoy exercising your brain!

WOW – the Escape Room was so freaking awesome!! It may end up being a new obsession…..hahahhaaaa. We are already looking into another adventure. But I gotta tell you, this was so clever and so fun. Watching your time tick down….I know I was screaming at the end – “EIGHT MINUTES PEOPLE, WE ONLY GOT EIGHT MINUTES – WE’RE GONNA DIE IN HERE”. Man, we had so much fun. Made it out in about 53 minutes and some change.

This is a fabulous event for a mixed group of all ages & backgrounds because everyone works together & can offer their own thoughts & ideas from their own individual experiences or perspectives to solve the puzzles. It was so much fun! No one was left out & everyone had something positive to contribute. My boyfriend & I very much enjoyed it & only wish we could do it again. Will anxiously await the construction of another escape room!

Grab some friends and take an adventure of the mind! This was the first escape room my wife and I have done, and what a blast!
The set design and puzzles are very well executed, and the host (who I believe was the owner) is very friendly and professional.

A group of friends and myself are currently addicted to the new escape rooms that are popping up everywhere (as well as the Can You Escape? app) and this is by far one of the best ones we have done!

The whole puzzle has a very cool Victorian/steampunk vibe that gives it a little something extra. The clues and puzzles are very clever in nature and challenging, but not so abstract or difficult that you get frustrated.

If you do need a little help you are given a walkie talkie where you can ask up to three questions. If you need to ask a fourth you can barter for a specified time penalty. Their main goal is very clear… for you to have fun!

Overall, if you are looking for a great team building activity or something different to do on a Friday or Saturday night, you will not be disappointed if you pick the Fort Collins Escape Room! Escape or no escape.

We had an amazing time at the Fort Collins Escape Room! Friends and I were given hats and glasses to get into the spirit of the game,

then spent the better part of an hour solving clues and riddles to escape. What a phenomenal attraction!! I will be the first in line when they change it up. Great job!

Me and my group had a great time here! I loved the steampunk them and the encouragement from staff to dress up with their “steampunk inspired” costumes pieces before starting the game. I enjoyed the challenge offered by the room and I appreciate the offer of 3 allotted “assists” from the puzzlemaster (and more hints provided you pay a time penalty). I also really appreciate the communication between the group and puzzle master via radio and him giving us hints (sometimes in rhyme) that didn’t just give the answer but a nudge in the right direction when we were stumped. Overall, I would definitely encourage my friends and family to try this out and look forward to the next “chapter” in this puzzle.
