How much time do we get?
You have 60 minutes to solve our adventures.
Do you offer 30 minute games?
We do not, why play for 1/2 of the time when get the full experience at almost the same price?
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Sorry, no. All tickets are sold online through our booking service.
How many players can we have in a game?
Our rooms can have 4 to 8 players. 4 players is the minimum to reserve a room.
Will there be other people joining us?
All games are private, just you and your group.
What ages are allowed?
We ask if you are booking a kids group “10 to 13 years old” that they have at least one adult to accompany them in the game. Our games are designed for adults and work best for ages 12 and up, of course, everyone is welcome but younger people will find clues very hard, and may not have the problem solving skills required to play the game.
We allow young children under the age of 10 to join family groups but kids 6 and under are not recommended. If you have questions about this just give us a call we’re happy to help!
It’s always fun to have kids involved, unfortunately we have found younger kids ”6” and under is not always the best fit for this activity.
We want to make this the best experience we can for everybody.
When should I arrive?
You need to arrive 15 minutes before your start time. (Your booked time is the start time of the game) So if you booked for 6:30, please arrive at 6:15. We will need to get the team together and your phone and carry ins put away in lockers. Allow ample time for driving; it’s tough out there on the roads!
What happens if we’re late?
You are booking for the game start time, so we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time. If you arrive past your start time, we have a 5 minute grace period. If your group arrives after 5 minutes past the start time, we will have started the clock for your game.
When are you open?
At this time we are open Wednesday thru Sunday for regular bookings. See our “book it” page for dates and times.
How do I set up a team building event?
Just send us an email with date/ time and number of players. We would be happy to create a booking outside of our regular times for your staff.
Where is this?
We are at 4025 S. Mason Street, Unit A in Fort Collins, CO.
Is your building handicap accessible?
We’re on the second floor and unfortunately there is not an elevator.
Is it scary? No, it’s not but we may have a surprise or two in there for you.
Can we have food and drinks in the room?
We do not allow snacks in the room. You’ll need to save them for the victory celebration after you win!
Can I cancel my booking if unable to make it?
Cancellation policy : Sorry, we do not do refunds. We hope you understand that a group holding a booking then cancelling or making date changes creates a bit of a problem for us and affects availability for other guests. Make sure everyone is ready to come before booking your visit.
What should I bring?
All you will need is yourself and your booking confirmation info. If needed we have lockers available for personal belongings.
Can I take my phone in the room?
Although we know your selfie would be awesome… we do not allow phones and cameras in our rooms. We can make accommodations if you are on call or have a baby sitter.
Where do I park?
We have a parking lot for you that’s just a few steps from our door.
Do you serve alcohol or can we bring our own?
Not really what we’re doing here. We recommend saving the celebration for after the game.
